On Mandela's Existence and Purpose

When an antigen attacks, the immune system creates antibodies and memory cells and is stronger because of it. When we face hardships and tribulations in life, we come out of our dark periods stronger and wiser. When the world faces wars and attacks, humanity remembers and is kinder because of it. Sometimes, viruses take over. Sometimes depressions are life ending. Some histories of oppression leave ever oozing scars. Maybe response and resilience mechanisms are constant in time and space, and it is all about perspective. Maybe the world is just an onion, and the stupid zoom out button is broken.

What I do know though is that at whatever level, the key is to keep fighting!
Cheers to the Nelson Mandelas at all levels: necessary medicines in this fight towards a better system.
